CI: only run GDK e2e tests against project studio

What does this MR do and why?

  • changes gdk-instance E2E jobs to be manual only
  • gdk-instance-project-studio E2E jobs remain to test the new Project Studio UI

Why?

  • Reduces CI resource usage by not running duplicate classic UI tests on GDK since they are being run against CNG.
  • Reduces occurrences of flaky tests
