What does this MR do and why?

Removes the deprecation warning from the pipeline subscriptions documentation and adds a recommendation for the preferred alternative approach.

This feature is no longer being deprecated. However, users should still be guided toward the more reliable and flexible trigger token approach.

Changes made

  • Removed deprecation warning alert and removal comments
  • Added recommendation to use CI/CD jobs with pipeline trigger tokens as the preferred method
  • Updates anchor links
