Fix framework associated projects
When a framework has more than 100 projects we need to use the total count instead of the nodes length.

How to set up and validate locally
- You need a group with an ultimate license
- You need a group with over a hundred projects associated to one framework
- Feel free to use this snippet I created for this purpose
- Go to Group > Secure > Compliance Center > Frameworks
- Edit the framework with over a hundred projects
- Verify that the associated projects number shows the accurate number (over 100)
