Add per user duo metrics usage tables
What does this MR do and why?
This MR extends the available per user duo metrics usage tables available on the GitLab Duo & SDLC trends dashboard.
Replaces the user metrics table with 3 new tables:
- Frontend: Add Duo Code Review metrics to User m... (#574444 - closed)
- Frontend: Add code acceptance rate to User metr... (#574435 - closed)
- Frontend: Add RCA usage to User metrics table (#574451 - closed)
