How to set up and validate locally

1. Go to http://localhost:3000/dashboard/groups/member and click More Action > Delete.
2. Go to http://localhost:3000/dashboard/groups/inactive and click More Action
3. Ensure that the Archive/Unarchive option doesn't appear anymore.
