What does this MR do and why?

The MR consolidates portion of the latest designs for usage billing:

• Update the copy of cards/column title
• Adjust progress bar height
• Adjust some text colors to gray
• Hide the "export" button on user usage page

• For the duo usage card, navigate to Admin > Duo page, observe duo usage card
