Update tooltip for the pipeline stages with "Allow failure" jobs

What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates the tooltip for the pipeline stage that has passed with warnings. Previously, such stages showed a tooltip passed, which was confusing, as the jobs had failed.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Use this config for the .gitlab-ci.yml to create a job allowed to fail:
test_job:
  script: exit 1
  allow_failure: true
  1. Run a pipeline and validate that the tooltip for the stage shows passed with warnings
