Doc update deploy board instances states
What does this MR do?
Deploy instance states have been updated in the past !5523 (merged). However, some parts of the docs haven't been updated. This MR updates the deploy board docs with accurate states.
Related issues
In #35570 (closed), it has been identified that the deploy board instance states are Succeeded, Running, Failed, Pending, Unknown and the docs are no longer accurate.
There is another upcoming doc change for the deploy boards with more details #37029 (closed). However, this will go in along with #35570 (closed).
