What does this MR do and why?

collect_ds_analyzer_scan_java_sr_coverage_metrics_from_pipeline event was introduced with Add Static Reachability Java Coverage event (!207864 - merged). Until today this event has not been sent from our analyzers. While integrating the event in our analyzers we realised that we don't need the label property. In this MR we edit the event so that it doesn't contain the label field. This helps reduce our size footprint
