Enable peeking sidebar for "New UI"
We disabled this during development as it was not clear if this behavior was still desired in the new UI.

How to set up and validate locally
- In a small window (width <1200px), move the mouse to the left edge of the window.
- Sidebar shows in "peek" mode (same as in the old UI)
- Make sure you can still use the flyout menus to navigate.
