Add new pipeline type fields

What does this MR do and why?

I'm in the process of moving Build > Pipelines over to GraphQL

Part Two: !207467 (merged)

In part two I found that we don't have a way to determine if a pipeline has manual or scheduled actions needed for the refactor. In this MR I add that ability so we are not blocked in the refactor.
