Update DS on SBOM documentation for Limited availability

What does this MR do and why?

• Updates Dependency scanning by using SBOM page with:
  • Feature being on Limited availability maturity
  • Updating page with a new way of introducing and configuring this feature, i.g. using the v2 template. Advertising this as the recommended way.
  • Adding instruction throughout the page about the v2 template
• Updated Security Configuration page to refer to v2
