Previously, we instructed developers to manually change workhorse code to prevent the error Error: Unable to connect to workflow service. Please try again..
This wasn't a great solution because it is easy to accidentally commit that code or just forget to do the change.
With NGINX, this error does not occur. Just enable NGINX
