What does this MR do and why?

Related to #562198 (closed) and &13790 (closed)

In &13790 (closed) we worked to migrate the group overview tabs to shared Vue components to improve UX consistency across the product and reduce technical debit. We are preparing to enable the feature flag for this work so this MR moves it from wip to beta.
