  • Add sharding key configuration for ci_gitlab_hosted_runner_monthly_usages table
  • Set gitlab_schema: gitlab_main_cell for organization-level sharding
  • Configure root_namespace_id as the sharding key to enable proper data distribution across cells
  • Remove sharding_key_issue_url and complete table classification for Protocells effort
