What does this MR do and why?
This MR fixes the text drag and drop functionality in GitLab work items. It does this by allowing the default drag and drop behavior when it is fired from the editor.
How to set up and validate locally
- Clone this repo
- Navigate the notes section of any work item
- You should be able to drag and drop text to change it's position
