What does this MR do and why?

Updates the name and description of the AI Impact analytics dashboard in the codebase and related docs.

This does not yet change the dashboard slug from ai_impact -> duo_and_sdlc_trends as specified in #560321. That change will be implemented in a follow-up MR.
