This MR fixes linked file not being on top of the list in merge requests.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Open any merge request at least with 2 text files changed
2. Scroll to the last text file in the 'Changes' tab
3. Copy a link to one of the lines in that file
4. Open that link in a new tab
5. Observe that the linked file is pinned at the top of the list
