What does this MR do?
Performing Operations in GitLab > Extra Sidekiq processes#limiting-concurrency
The sidekiq-cluster configuration setting sidekiq_cluster['max_concurrency'] was incorrectly documented as only sidekiq['concurrency'], which sets a different runtime configuration. This MR clarifies that.
sidekiq-cluster max_concurrency option is used to calculate a concurrency for each sidekiq process started by sidekiq-cluster.
