What does this MR do and why?

This is the final step of Replace remaining AvailableServices.find_by_nam... (#564979 - closed)

  • Removes the temporary workaround that accepts both service objects and UP names. We only accept UP names now.
  • Renames the service parameter to unit_primitive_name
