How to set up and validate locally

1. Make sure you're using EE version (you can check window.gon in the browser's console for that)
2. Navigate to Project / Repository
3. Open any file and make sure you can lock it. Click more actions menu in the upper right corner of the page, next to other file buttons and select Lock.
