Fix specs that incorrectly missed testing all json objects

What does this MR do and why?

This MR fixes a missed test update from 8f01b1ea

The test changed to not use eq due to order flakiness. The issue is that the bool query has multiple fields (should and filter). Only should field was checked in the referenced MR.

The fixture should have been updated in !202403 (merged) but that was missed because the test passed (but shouldn't have) due to not checking the filter field

This MR fixes the test so that ALL fields are checked and updates the fixture to be correct with what actually is happening.
