Update documentation for CI cache key when using files

Marius Bobin requested to merge docs-ci-commit-cache-key into master

What does this MR do?

Update documentation for CI cache:key:files and cache:key:prefix with the feature changes from !19392 (merged)
We require at least one file in the cache:key:files entry and we use all the given files when building the cache key. We gather the most recent commit for each file and compute a SHA of those we can find.
