What does this MR do?

This is a refactor. Autocorrect Rubocop offenses in Geo models and concerns.

Why?

I'd like to use Rubocop autocorrect to get past autocorrectable offenses during development (and apparently Duo would like to as well). But the huge amount of legacy offenses means that autocorrect applies a lot of unrelated changes. So let's get rid of them and their Rubocop to dos.
