Move thread_ts/parent_ts fields from timestamps to uuids

What does this MR do and why?

Update thread_ts.parent_ts fields to uuids from timestamps

Graphql compatibility shouldn't matter because the current implementation won't work and this is used internally for the time being

How to set up and validate locally

  • Create a flow in vscode and see if all works fine.
  • Create a remote execution flow
  • Stop a graph from running and restart and see it resumes
