Fixed GLQL popover and user popover click closing work item drawer
What does this MR do and why?
Currently, when user attempts closing the GLQL popover informing them about embedded views, the work item drawer is being closed. This MR adds GLQL popover to the exceptions that don't count as "outside click" for the drawer
