Manual Testing

• Create GCP cluster using gitlab UI
• Install tiller
• Install all managed apps and check they work
• Deploy minimal-ruby-app and check it worked
• Reinstall all managed apps on pre-v2.16.1 cluster
• Deploy minimal-ruby-app and check it worked on pre-v2.16.1 cluster
