Add Dependency paths metrics

What does this MR do and why?

Dependnecy paths metrics were added in path finder, but not included in gitlab_metrics.md. This MR changes that. Also renames the metrics appropriately.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Go to dependency list (project/group)
2. Fetch dependency paths for any component.
3. Go to http://gdk.test:3000/-/metrics
4. Search for the metrics and you should find them.
