Tentative of making test more robust
What does this MR do?
This MR is a tentative of making an end-to-end test more robust by adding a wait before the action of relating an issue to an epic because when the page is loading some elements move a bit to the left and this may be causing Selenium not being able to click in the related issue plus button.
