Added clarification comment to the count_key
What does this MR do?
Adds a clarification comment why the last item is used in the count_key method. I think this deserves a comment because it was questioned in !18099 (comment 229795263). Another option would be adding a spec for this but I don't think it's ideal - such spec would have to create multiple group operations - probably by using another finder - so it wouldn't be reliable because it would depend on implementation of that finder.
