Adds alt+shift+p shortcut
What does this MR do and why?
Adds the alt+shift+p shortcut which is universally available in Mac, Linux and Windows. We need this to fix an issue in Windows where ctrl+shift+p in Firefox triggers Private mode and win+shift+p opens Windows share screen overlay.
