Update the description of security policy project graphql

What does this MR do?

The description for this graphQL endpoint (introduced in Move creation of security policy project to bac... (!158028 - merged)) manually added **Status**: Experiment., but this is not needed.

The status is already autogenerated and added to the endpoint details, as seen in: https://docs.gitlab.com/api/graphql/reference/#mutationsecuritypolicyprojectcreateasync

This MR removes the extra status entry from the description.
