Remove your_work_groups_vue feature flag and legacy code

Related to #542790 (closed) and &13781 (closed)
In Migrate Your Work > Groups list to shared Vue c... (&13781 - closed) we migrated Your work -> Groups to shared Vue components. This is part of an initiative to improve UX consistency across group and project lists and reduce technical debit. This was done behind the your_work_groups_vue feature flag which has now been enabled on gitlab.com for about a week without issue. We will now remove the feature flag and old code in this MR.

How to set up and validate locally
- Go to
/dashboard/groups. Everything should work as expected.
