What does this MR do and why?

This MR makes sorting context-specific.

For example, if the issues sorting in Group A is changed:

• The sorting of epics in Group A remains unchanged.
• The sorting of issues in Project A within Group A remains unchanged.
• The sorting of issues and epics in Group B remains unchanged.
• The sorting of issues in Project B within Group B remains unchanged.
• The sorting of items in Your Work remains unchanged.
