This adds a new vulnerabilities over time panel in the new project security dashboard. It also renames 2 files to make them group specific.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Enable feature flag: http://gdk.test:3000/rails/features/project_security_dashboard_new
  2. Go to any project with vulnerabilities
  3. Go to Secure > Security Dashboard
  4. Validate it shows the mocked data in a vulnerabilities over time chart
