Add delete button in dropdown
What does this MR do and why?
Adds 'Delete' button to disclosure dropdown. It does not do anything yet. So I added the suffix (Coming soon). It creates a new group in the dropdown, to divide the actions from each other. Also: updated href to to for Edit and Run actions.
