Make copy for entering URLs consistent for work items
What does this MR do and why?
Fields where you can enter an item's URL should use the phrase: Enter <item> URL instead of Paste <item> link to follow:

How to set up and validate locally
- Open any work item, for example an epic.
- In the Child items section, select Existing...
- In the Linked items section, select Add.
- In the right sidebar, next to Parent, select Edit.
