Instructions for custom hooks with hashed storage

What does this MR do?

As a customer recently pointed out our documentation on custom hooks provides misleading file paths for project repositories if you're not using hashed storage. Since hashed storage is the new standard, I've updated the documentation to include instructions on how to find a project's correct path.
