  1. In rails console enable the feature flag

    Feature.enable(:group_owner_placeholder_confirmation_bypass)

  2. Visit any group member page, for example http://gdk.test:3000/groups/flightjs/-/group_members

  3. Click the Placeholder tab

  4. Look at the table
