Migrate last batch of notes components to Pinia
What does this MR do and why?
Continuation of !195975 (merged). Part of #513718 (closed).
This MR migrates the rest of the Notes app components to Pinia.
The app component and some of the shared components (sidebar, lock form) will be migrated separately.
