Use "reopen thread" instead of "unresolve thread"

What does this MR do and why?

  • Replace Unresolve thread with Reopen thread
  • Replace Unresolved threads with Open threads

Why?

  • See the #docs channel for more info
  • "Unresolve" is kind of a strange word to use as an action. While I think it's okay to use as a verb, it's certainly not common. Mac's default spellcheck doesn't seem to appreciate it 😅
