Support 'hidden' field for cycle analytics stages

What does this MR do?

Related to this comment: !17496 (comment 238696873)

Adds support for the hidden attribute on cycle analytics stages:

• Updated the permitted attributes in the controller
• Updated API fixture and
• Updates the stage entity serializer
• Adds rspec test

Needed for #12196 (closed), related to !18208 (merged)
