[DT table] Combine 'groups that you own' with tooltip text
What does this MR do and why?
- Combine tooltip text with the visible text, since there is almost no difference
- Combine page description with the text above the table
- Remove pagination from top since we have in on the bottom of the table
- Fix table "jumping" while searching
- Remove Beta note

How to set up and validate locally
- Go to http://gdk.test:3000/groups/new#import-group-pane
- Choose direct transfer. You can use https://gitlab.com and you personal access token (you can create it https://gitlab.com/-/user_settings/personal_access_tokens?page=1&state=active&sort=expires_asc)
- Play with the search
