Move info out of tooltip to fix accessibility problem
What does this MR do and why?
Problem: ARIA hidden element must not be focusable or contain focusable elements
Fixes ARIA accessibility violation and improves user experience by replacing an interactive tooltip with always-visible contact information in the subscription history table.
Trade-off: Information that was previously hidden in tooltips is now always visible, using slightly more vertical space but providing a better overall accessible user experience.
