Fix "visibility" typos

What does this MR do?

I noticed I kept mistyping this word, so I thought "surely it's not just me?" 😁

This fixes various misspellings of "visibility":

• "visiblity"
• "visibilty"

The typos were found by grepping through the whole project and don't touch any other services, so this shouldn't cause any problems.
