Improve messaging in MR homepage tooltip
What does this MR do and why?
@sselhorn noted in #543758 (closed) that the tooltip for the MR homepage sorting switcher could be improved. Which … yeah. Let's do that.
I'll need to hoist the GDK to test this locally. I'll add the various Code Review folks who are involved, to make the best possible use of timezones:
- @sselhorn because she'll want to see the proposed changes (USA)
- @phikai, PM (USA)
- @mle, designer (Australia)
- @iamphill, the FE engineer who Kai will probably ask to merge this change (EMEA)
Also: did I get the bolding method right?
