Update sidebar to differentiate between groups, subgroups, and projects

What does this MR do?

This merge request updates the sidebar to show "Group overview", "Subgroup overview", or "Project overview" depending on the context to make it immediately clear whether the user is looking at a group, subgroup or project page.
