Add group dropdown to admin role LDAP sync form
What does this MR do and why?
On the Admin -> Roles and permissions page, there's a LDAP Synchronization tab. In the tab, there's a Add synchronization button that shows a form to add a new synchronization. This MR adds the Group cn dropdown to the form:

Note that this feature is under development and behind a feature flag and is not live yet. This MR is intermediate work, not the final state.
