What does this MR do and why?

Removes feature flag ci_pipeline_status_realtime and all references in backend and front end. Feature fully enabled and tested in production.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Visit a main project repository page ( ie. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab) and observe that the last commit widget is working. To see the subscription in action and further observation:

    1. open developer tools on the page
    2. navigate to the network tab and filter for web sockets (WS filter)
    3. refresh the page and observe the "cable" Screenshot_2025-05-01_at_10.27.11_AM

  2. Visit the pipeline show page (ie https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/pipelines/1796036992) and follow the same steps as above
