This MR moves the integration table sections grouped by !189227 (merged) to separate pages in preparation for gitlab-org/technical-writing/docs-gitlab-com!625 (closed).

Why then !189227 (merged)?

This helped us figure out into which groups we wanted the integrations to separate without changing all the other stuff around every time we made a change in the grouping.
